Quartz with Beryl var: Aquamarine (cat's eye)

Item Description

From a recent find (early 2024) here we have a beautiful display specimen featuring a couple well-formed, translucent, white/colorless prismatic Quartz crystals which play host to a pair of translucent, soft blue colored Aquamarine crystals which have a beautiful etched form, and measure up to 2.7 cm long. The Aquas have a lovely chatoyant "cat's eye" appearance when rotated in the light, and when you look closely, you can see several tapered terminations, like steep mountain peaks. A really attractive and fairly to hard to find matrix specimen as Aquamarine crystals from Pakistan are not often seen ON Quartz like this.
