Item Description

A highly aesthetic and eye-catching display specimen featuring colorless, sharp, lustrous, prismatic Quartz crystals which are included by hundreds of thin, deep green (nearly black) color Actinolite "Byssolite" crystals creating a lovely two-tone color effect. To top it off, the Quartz crystals are sitting atop white, blocky, potassium Feldspar ("Adularia") crystal matrix. The piece displays rather well from the front, showing virtually no damage to the main crystals. My favorite part of the piece is the unusual Quartz crystal on the left side with the bizarre termination! A lovely "Alpine-type" specimen from this classic Pakistani "cleft" deposit.
