Item Description

The small and famous Veta Grande claim has produced the finest US hematites and also outstanding quartz specimens. This sculptural and aesthetic small cabinet is dominated by the two impressive large sharply terminated water-clear crystals. Uppermost is the striking, 5.2 cm, tabular hexagonal crystal with the 4.2 cm hexagonal crystal next door. The matrix of smaller quartz points embedded with classic splendent hematite plate are a super complement. An exceptional 360-degree and pristine small cabinet. Quartz specimens of this quality are seldom on the market form this well-known locale. A must for the Arizona or species collector.
