Item Description

A striking and rare phantom quartz crystal from King County. Chlorite in quartz is RARE from the famous deposits of King County. The large, glassy, transparent to translucent crystal has a large two-toned, dark mint-green to line mint-green phantom. Some prism faces have light skeletal features, adding character. Complete all-around and pristine. The famous quartz crystals from King County, Washington are highly desirable, difficult to obtain and very dangerous to collect. Several people have lost their lives collecting there, over the years. Self-collected by Karl Faddis (a Seattle-area native collector).
