Item Description
Herkimer quartz "diamonds" are some of the most well-known quartz specimens in the world. An impressive large sharp, water-clear to translucent, doubly-terminated quartz crystal with areas of intense internal crazing, which adds character. The glassy, lustrous crystal looks like a striking faceted gemstone. Amazingly, all of the many prism faces are pristine. The embedded matrix fragments on the back and base were the attachment points to this striking jewel. Fascinate your friends with a huge "diamond"! 329 grams mass. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!
