Item Description
Jacksons Crossroads is famous around the world for producing some of the most beautiful, richly colored, eye-catching Amethyst specimens out there. The best of these crystals hold their own against any Amethyst specimens from virtually and other locality. This attractive miniature specimen features a stout, thick, sharp, lustrous, central crystal with noteworthy rich purple coloring on the ends, but a nearly colorless interior which is accented by smaller associated Quartz crystals and groups which also range from purple to colorless in hue. The piece is contacted on the back, but you can't see it when the piece is displayed. A few spots of damage on the front keep the piece from being damage free, but it's still a nice representation of these classic Amethysts from one of the premier localities in the world for the material.
