Item Description

From the well-known Brandberg Area in Namibia, this Quartz specimen features sharp and glassy Amethyst terminations rising up from a large Smoky Quartz crystal. The most significant of these alp-like, amethystine peaks is 2.5 cm tall, and being right at the top it dominates the horizon. Sharp overall and jacketed in deep purple, the crystal's gemmy interior has enchanting zones of Smoky Quartz that float among the sparkles of the internal crazing. The contrast between the lovely purple and the vivid interior create a rich visual experience, raise the interest level, and make the aesthetics even better.
