Item Description
A most unusual and attractive display specimen from Santa Eulalia featuring very sharp and lustrous, gemmy "stubby" Quartz crystals with pronounced pyramdial habits that have grown in a stalactitic form over an unknown "core" and then were coated by a selective deposition of tiny soft golden color Calcites. Great quality all around, and really showy from every angle. The largest Quartz measures 1.8 cm long. Were it not for the custom base that accompanied the piece, we would have had no clue where this piece was from. A really attractive and unique specimen from this famous mineral producing region. From the collection of Senator / Dr. Miguel Romero of Teuhuacan, Mexico.
