Item Description

A really attractive scepter habit Quartz crystal from Brazil featuring a distinct different between the "cap" of the scepter and the rest of the prism of the original Quartz crystal. As you can see, the termination is heavily etched, and has a distinct skeletal / "hoppered" appearance, which is a stark contrast against the smooth, well-formed, prism faces of the rest of the specimen. The colors are different as well as the "cap" has a white to brown color, but the "stem" is nearly colorless (maybe a slight smoky hue). A really attractive, unusual and certainly desirable scepter Quartz for any fan of the material. From the collection of Bill Larson, noted collector and dealer from Fallbrook, California.
