Item Description

This piece is from a discovery in 2018. A good friend in Greece collected the specimen on the isle of Lesvos, where he stated it was found in altered basalt. The piece features a few groups of sparkling, gemmy, colorless Quartz crystals which have formed lovely "rosette" shapes measuring up to 1.7 cm sitting atop translucent, lavendar, semi-botryoidal Chalcedony matrix. The piece is very showy and displays nicely as you can see from the photos . A must have for anybody who collects worldwide Quartz and its many varieties.
