Item Description
This piece comes from the PERSONAL COLLECTION (not inventory) of Herb Obodda (specimen #1876), and is a very worthwhile miniature display specimen. It hosts a few HIGHLY lustrous, and rather gemmy, doubly-terminated Quartz crystals which are colorless, but show a strange blue color from inclusions of what is either Tourmaline or perhaps an Amphibole species. The Quartz crystals are sitting along the prism face of a stout black Schorl crystal. No real damage that I can see, though the bottom of the Schorl is not complete. Great quality, really attractive, and I honestly can't say I've seen one like it before. PLEASE NOTE: This piece was glued to the base as photographed, but the piece came off the base after it was photographed. We are including the base loose with the specimen in the same box in shipping.
