Quartz ps. Pyrochlore (RARE) on Aegirine (Bedogne Coll.)

An utterly fascinating, amazingly sculptural and extremely rare combination from Mount Malosa. Pyrochlore Group specimens are rare from here. A SUPER RARE pseudomorph of quartz points after a sharp 2.1 cm octahedron is dramatically set on the small cabinet intergrown cluster of lustrous dark green aegirine crystals highlighted by the fantastic 2.4 cm single crystal with a "T" tip projecting outward from the intergrown cluster.
