A RARE, dynamic and colorful pseudomorph combination from this well-known district. Baryte specimens are very uncommon, but sparkly drusy quartz has pseudomorphed numerous striking, upright thin tabular crystals. Sparkly golden chalcopyrite sphenoids blanket the matrix. Interestingly, spherical aggregates of lustrous, dark metallic-gray sphalerite microcrystals preferentially coat one face of the baryte blades. A striking, rare and outstanding combination from the Art Soregaroli Collection. A MUST for the pseudomorph, species or locality collector.
