Item Description

The Zanett tunnel is named after the family that owns the Grizzly Bear mine. Rhodochrosite specimens from this mine are among some of the most sought after San Juan Rhodochrosites by Colorado collectors. This specimen hosts a sharp, well-formed, pink rhombohedrons of Rhodochrosite which is coated by micro Quartz sitting on sugary Quartz matrix. The Rhodochrosite crystal measures 1.2 cm. A cool small cabinet sized display specimen of this classic material.
