Item Description
An impressive, old-time, plate studded with glassy quartz crystals and dominated by the striking, 8.0 cm, water-clear crystal from the well-known Ellenville Mine of New York. This lead mine closed in 1932. The large crystal is complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only a trivial bit of termination wear. This excellent, 360-degree piece is very minimally impacted by the periphery wear. Classic, seldom seen material in this quality from the John Albanese and Richard Hauck Quartz Collections.
