Quartz incl. w/ Hematite (Nowakowksi Coll.)

Item Description

A showy and uncommon quartz style from this massif in Poland. Two prism faces are totally included with rust-red hematite on this large euhedral, partially translucent, smoky quartz/quartz crystal. Another face has interesting beginnings of skeletal development. The termination and an out-of-sight prism face have a bit bruising. The back and base are contacted, but there is little actual damage. Ex Robert Nowakowski Collection.
