Item Description
These crystals are some of the most well-known examples of Quartz in the world. For years these specimens were marketed as "Herkimer Diamonds", though they are referred to as "Herkimer-Style" Quartz on mindat.org. This piece is a WATER-CLEAR, sharp, highly lustrous, bipyramidal, doubly-terminated "stubby" crystal with absolute colorless purity, and some minor black hydrocarbon inclusions can be seen as well. There are a few minor nicks, so the piece is not perfect, but still good quality overall.
