These are some of the most well-known Quartz specimens in the world. This is a very attractive matrix specimen consisting of translucent to WATER-CLEAR, sharp, highly lustrous, bipyramidal, doubly-terminated "stubby" crystals There is virtually no damage on the specimen and very aesthetic for the size. Some minor hydrocarbon inclusions can be seen as well. I can't say for sure if the piece is repaired, and a few of us looked at the piece closely, and nobody can say 100% if it is. Please keep this in mind when bidding.
