Quartz (GEMMY crystals)

Item Description

Swiss Quartz specimens are highly prized by collectors for the superior quality, often found in large, incredibly well-formed crystals that are often completely transparent. This small cabinet sized piece is a wonderful showy display specimen featuring many very sharp, well-formed, rather lustrous, GEMMY, hexagonal prisms measuring up to about 5.1 cm, with no matrix. The crystals might look colorless in the video, but they have a VERY pale smoky hue in sots. I can't find a lot of damage, only a few spots where crystals have been contacted or broken, but overall the piece is largely in good condition. Good aesthetics, sized and quality is super. The piece comes with a FREE custom acrylic display base.
