Item Description
Very uncommon, showy and rich quartz from the famous mines at Dalnegorsk. Sharp, very glassy, transparent to translucent, bi-pyramidal quartz crystals are intergrown, jackstraw-style on this sculptural small cabinet plate. The imposing large central crystal with the notched double termination is 3.8 cm wide. The interior is pristine. A very fine example of this rare Dalnegorsk quartz style from the Herb Obodda dealer stock. Herb valued this specimen at $350, over 8 years ago. It is worth more today. It has several fine display views.
