Quartz (ex Obodda)

Item Description

A really attractive group of prismatic, colorless, gemmy, hexagonal, sharp, colorless Quartz from a locality that's better known for its Anatase and Brookite specimens. The piece is in good shape overall, with only a bit of superficial roughness. The largest individual crystal measures 3.5 cm, though there are a couple crystals that look like they are intergrown with one another to form larger compound crystals. The piece has good three-dimensional form and shows well from several angles. If you collect Quartz, especially particular localities, this is a good one to pick up for your collection.
