Quartz (doubly-termianted) (ex Harold Urish Collectio)

Item Description

Here we have an excellent doubly-terminated Quartz scepter from the Bradshaw Mountains. A sharp, lustrous and translucent, doubly-terminated crystal with what I suspect are small iron oxide (Hematite?) inclusions. Complete-all-around and nearly pristine. Formerly in the Harold Urish collection, who personally collected it in 1993. See the 1991 Mineralogical Record article on this locale.
