Quartz coating Chrysoprase

From a brand new discovery (March 2024) in East Java, Indonesia, here we have a beautiful specimen of featuring many small rich blue-green colored radiating aggregates of Chrysoprase which have a gentle coating of drusy sparkling Quartz, creating a very pleasing effect. The piece is best seen under magnification and the little groups are beautiful up close. We acquired a small parcel from our good source in Jakarta, and we will have a handful to offer in the auctions over the coming weeks/months. If you collect copper-bearing minerals or you just love to add new pieces from new discoveries to your collection, this is a cool colorful specimen from this exciting find.
