Item Description
An aesthetic and sculptural pair of frosted Quartz crystals from the Idarado Mine (the Treasure Tunnel). Classic Colorado mineral discovery ! The crystals have a very sharp form, and the faces are frosted to glassy. There is also an abundant secondary overgrowth of Quartz which adds both texture and interest. Sometimes there is such beauty in such simplicity, as this cabinet-sized specimen demonstrates. From the large worldwide collection of historical minerals, of George Elling of New Jersey.
