Quartz (Cat's Eye)

Item Description

Cat's Eye gems are not terribly common, and even though I have seen Quartz Cat's Eye gems, they usually are included with another mineral to create the actual "eye". This stone however, is not included with another mineral species, and shows a moderately decent and somewhat distinct "eye" when strongly lit. The gem has a light golden/smoky color, and is very gemmy internally, and is certainly one of the few that I have encountered. The stone has an "Oval Cabochon" cut.
