Item Description

A stately, 8.1 cm, water-clear, quartz crystal is jauntily set on a plate of lustrous, rounded, flattened, grayish-pink, siderite rhombs with interesting stepped-growth faces. Scattered clusters of tiny colorless calcite rhombs are a nice accent. The quartz is pristine, except for trivial termination wear. Classic and very showy combination material from the famous Panasqueira Mine and the Schlichter Collection. Valued at $200-300.
