Here is a dramatic Quartz cluster from Colombia composed of dozens of slender, super glassy crystals. This elegant piece is dominated by a nearly four inch crystal that is almost an inch wide that is augmented by a wealth of slender, totally transparent Quartz crystals between one and two inches long. The big Quartz crystal has razor sharp edges and faces with a perfect termination. For added interest, there is faint, whitish ethereal, almost apparition-like area near the termination. Clusters of Colombian Quartz crystals such as this one are strikingly beautiful, composed of water-clear gem points. It is beautiful all around.
