Item Description
An attractive example of these rarely seen Quartz specimens from Tonto Village, Arizona. This specimen features a very sharp, rather lustrous, well-formed, colorless Quartz crystal sitting in an exposed vug on limestone matrix. The upper termination is in fine shape, but the lower end of the crystal is contacted. These crystals are sometimes referred to as "diamonds", in reference to their similarity to the famous "Herkimer Diamonds" from New York.
