Pyrrhotite w/ Galena & Quartz (excellent) ex Obodda

Dal'negork is renowned for world-class sulfide specimens and this is a most excellent and aesthetic example. A striking cluster of parallel-growth, stepped-growth, tabular, hexagonal, pyrrhotite crystals are sprinkled on both sides with lustrous, gray, metallic, galena cubes and a few quartz points. The crystals have beautiful shimmering brassy luster. Complete all-around and in fine shape. Part of the upper edge of the large crystal is bruised, but most of it is out-of-sight. Certainly only a modest detraction to this fine combination. Specimens of this high quality came out in the 1990s to early 2000s, with none since. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock.
