A very rich, RARE, showy and sculptural large combination from this famed locale. Two generations of lustrous, translucent, honey-yellow pyromorphite prisms, to 7 mm, dramatically cover most of the undulating front of the piece. Partially exposed are VERY RARE for Les Farges SMOKY QUARTZ crystals. The smokies underlie the entire front of the piece beneath the pyromorphites with the quartz matrix below. A fine BONUS on the back is the 1.7 cm vug lined with cerussite blades along with more pyromorphite. RARE and excellent large combination material self-collected by Paul Zerfass # 900.
