A very rare, old classic locality piece! These date from the 1950s or 1960s, and few ever turn up for sale. The color is subtly different than other pyromorphites, including others in this auctions. Short prismatic, lustrous and translucent, apple green pyromorphite crystals, to 7 mm in length, are emplaced on a small amount of ocherous limonite matrix. An important localitypiece.
