Item Description
From the find of 2009. On a worldwide scale, these are not the finest Pyromorphite specimens, but for Boilvia, they are wonderful unique and interesting specimens. For any of you Pyromorphite collectors out there, this is something that is very rarely offered on the open market. This specimen consists of good quality, sharp, prismatic, olive-green crystals of Pyromorphite on bladed Barite matrix. I have only seen a few pieces from this locality where the Pyromorphites are on Barite. The biggest Pyromorphite crystal is about 6 mm, which is good Huari-Hauri, and the fact that these crystals are truly from Bolivia is what makes them so exciting. I have never seen anything quite like this from any mine in Bolivia. These are very well formed crystals for the loaclity as well. A great "locality" specimen for any Pyromorphite collector.
