Dense sprays of grass-green (many with yellow tips) pyromorphite barrels, to 4 mm, richly cover the quartz matrix on this rich and excellent combination specimen from the historic mines at Pribram. Pyromorphite is an uncommon and desirable species from this classic locale. The back side is vuggy with sharp quartz crystals, adding character to this fine piece. The piece probably dates to prior to World War I, but no proof. Ex Paterson Museum Collection. valued $1250
