Item Description
A classic, very rich, Bad Ems pyromorphite. Wet-look, translucent, light brown pyromorphite barrels to about 8 mm fully cover the sculptural matrix of glassy quartz crystals. This is a very fine and aesthetic Ems District pyromorphite of excellent combination quality. The famous Rosenberg Mine closed in 1963 and this is probably an older specimen. All of the crystals are hoppered and this dense piece is in super shape. Ex Robert Whitmore Collection. Valued at $1000-1250.
