Item Description

A rich and showy specimen from the historic pyromorphite Type Locality in the Erzgebirge. Lustrous, translucent, elongated, hexagonal, olive-green prisms, to about 2.8 cm, are richly and attractively clustered on the curved vug. Broken crystals are noted, but this remains an excellent and rich example of the species from this less well-known locale. The piece displays well without aid.
