Green Bad Ems pyromorphites are much rarer, than brown ones and are highly sought-after. This is a very fine, old-time thumbnail from the Carl Davis Collection. Sharp, highly lustrous, variably olive-green barrels are aesthetically perched on a stalk of pyromorphite-covered quartz. The piece has outstanding display quality from all sides and the top. Pristine. Green pyromorphites of this quality from Bad Ems are just not that common, compared with brown ones. Classic and most excellent Ems pyromorphite. Valued at $1000-1250.
