Item Description

A showy, excellent and uncommon combination from this less well-known Cumbrian mine. Lustrous, translucent, elongated, hexagonal, brown pyromorphite prisms, to 1.0 cm, are aesthetically clustered at the top of the matrix. Fine accents are the cluster and individual crystals of matte-finish galena cuboctahedrons and the stark white field of contrasting baryte blades. Galena specimens are relatively uncommon from the locale. Choice, classic and uncommon combination material from the Bob Trimingham Collection.
