Juicy, grass-green, hoppered barrels and apple-green, tapered, prisms line numerous vugs and faces on the sculptural sandstone matrix on this outstanding old-timer from a classic German locale. The crystals are not large, but the richness, coverage and diversity of crystal forms are striking and noteworthy. Mining ceased at this ancient lead mine around 1880.
