An excellent and very showy upright specimen from the famous Les Farges Mine and John Schneider Pyromorphite Collection. Lustrous, pretty grass-green, pyromorphite spindles in striking arborescent sprays solidly comprise this aesthetic specimen. Very few broken crystals are noted on this striking specimen, for such dense coverage. CLASSIC material from this famous mine, that closed in 1981. The December, 2009 issue of the French periodical, Le Regne Mineral, is devoted entirely to this noted locale and is filled with photgraphs of fabulous Les Farges pyromorphites.
