The Bunker Hill mine is a famous lead-zinc-silver mine that produced some of the finest Pyromorphite specimens from the Western Hemisphere. The mine operated for a century (closing forever in 1988), and fine quality specimens such as this one are difficult to obtain on the market, especially 30+ years after it came out of the ground. This piece hosts beautiful, brilliantly lustrous, greenish-yellow crystals clusters of Pyromorphite measuring up to 3 mm on matrix creating this beautiful small cabinet sized specimen. Great shape all the way around, as it easily can be displayed from several angles!
