Pyromorphite (classic material)

Item Description

A good quality and now very hard to find Bulgarian Pyromorphite specimen featuring dozens of sharp, very well-formed, attractive, hexagonal prisms of a lovely golden-brown color which are sitting on matrix. The largest Pyromorphite crystal measures 8 mm long. Typically you don't see this many crystals on one specimen from Pcheloyad, and the crystals on this piece are in very good shape for the material, with the exception of a few broken crystals. If it was undamaged, it would be valued around $2000, but it's obviously less with the damage. A worthwhile display specimen of this classic material.
