Lustrous, tiny, pea-green, pyromorphite barrels are festooned on the hummocky, oxide-coated quartz crystal matrix on this showy and rich miniature from this classic Caldbeck Fells locale. These could well be mimetite crystals, as such pieces in the Pyromorphite-Mimetite Series are difficult to distinguish from this locale. Ex Bob Trimingham Collection.
