Lustrous, pretty forest-green, pyromorphite prisms in striking arborescent form solidly comprise this aesthetic specimen from the famous Les Farges Mine of France and the Herb Obodda dealer stock. Some crystals have a mustard-green coating and the terminations on the top have nifty, tiny second generation crystals. Very few broken crystals are noted on this striking 360-degree specimen, for such dense coverage. It appears to be a floater. CLASSIC material from this famous mine, that closed in 1981. The December, 2009 issue of the French periodical, Le Regne Mineral, is devoted entirely to this noted locale and is filled with photgraphs of fabulous Les Farges pyromorphites.
