Item Description

Beautiful fans of lustrous, brown, tapering, pyromorphite prisms grace the crest and the floor of the vug below on this showy and very rich specimen from renowned Broken Hill. The large spray at the crest is 1.8 cm across. An extremely rich ore specimen, this piece is solid pyromorphite, with many more crystals on the top of the piece. The back has been sawed to enhance the display quality. Ex Anthony Fraser Collection. Classic and excellent, old-time material.
