Item Description
Robust, mustard yellow crystals to over 1 cm make this treelike cluster of pyromorphite a fine miniature specimen. This is a perfect size, and a high quality for both color and luster. It is from the stash of former mine owner (now deceased) Bob Hopper, which I bought around 2010. Specimens like this, on the open market, should easily be valued in the $500-1000 range. This is from a single large discovery in the mid 1980s, along one vein of a 150-year old mine, and although they seemed common for awhile, more of this quality have not been found since!
