China has been one of the most productive countries for new material over the last 15 years. The quantity and quality of the finds in China have been remarkable. The finest contemporary green Pyromorphites on the market right now are those from the Daoping mine in China. I was told that the section of the mine that produced these pieces is now closed and will never again produce these superb Pyromorphites. This specimen consists of sharp, green color, hoppered crystals that measure up to 1.4 cm on matrix. A good overall specimen of this material. The color is not the very best, but this is a good overall piece with no serious damage to be seen.
