Item Description
Good Pyromorphite from France is seldom seen outside of France any more. All the finds are simply old, and pieces only come up out of old collections. This is a huge specimen with bright green crystals forming intricate, sparkly rosettes and forests on the matrix plate, from the lesser-known of the two most famous French green pyromorphite locales. Tarn pyromorphites are uncommon on the market (particularly in this size). The display face is huge, and bright, with a sparkle more characteristic of quartz than of pyromorphite, because of all the thousands of tiny temrinations reflecting light.
