Pyrolusite specimens are RARE from this very obscure mine in the Pribram District. In fact, pyrolusite is very uncommon from any of the famous mines in Bohemia. Splendent, metallic-gray, diverging lathes rest on a matrix of massive pyrolusite on this showy and rare specimen from the Josef Vajdak Collection, a noted Czech specialist.
