Item Description
Here we have an attractive and fine quality example of the manganese oxide, Pyrolusite from near Las Cruces, New Mexico. This piece features many eye-catching, metallic, dark grey-black colored prismatic crystals, showing a bit of chatoyancy when rotated in the light, sitting on matrix. The largest crystals measure to about 5 mm long. A good quality display specimen of this uncommon material, honestly looks better than it might appear in the video.
