Item Description

Pyrochlore specimens are extremely rare from any British Columbia locality. This cute and textbook octahedral thumbnail crystal has high luster, reddish-brown color and beautiful areas of orange-red gemminess under bright light. Those are contacts, with no damage, per se, on two edges. Older material from a very obscure locale. Ex Jaime Bird Collection.
